Be Green in 2017!

ASM has worked to become more resource conscious over the last 3 years by reducing the number of printed Program Booklets and Abstract Books and by offering free electronic options. Our goal is to be completely paperless by 2020!

Through these efforts, we have reduced our paper usage since 2014 by nearly 100,000 pieces or 200 reams of paper. To continue this effort, print versions of the Program Booklet and Abstract Book will be available for purchase during registration for $6 and $8, respectively.

Free options of both documents will be available as a PDF on the website prior to the meeting. In addition, the Program will be available to all meeting attendees via the Guidebook meeting app. Details regarding the meeting app will be posted at a later date!

Looking to attend Evolution 2017 as well?

For those also considering the Evolution meeting in nearby Portland, why choose? ASM 2017 is providing a low-cost transportation option to allow attendance at both meetings. For $50, ASM 2017 attendees can take a charter bus from Moscow to Portland on Friday, June 23rd, arriving just in time for evening festivities at Evolution 2017. This option is available during registration. The bus is partially sponsored by RTLGenomics.

Registration for the 2017 Annual Meeting has a three tiered registration structure with five membership categories available under each tier. Become an ASM member and save today! Registration rates vary depending on when you register for the conference.  As the conference dates get closer the registration rates will go up. Rates for each tier will automatically change at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time on the dates listed below.
